Data we collect

• Subscribers: email address, preferred language, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, subscription status and dates, email preferences.
• Cancellation requests: name, email address, optional reference, date.
• Technical logs (IP address, pages requested) kept for a few days for security.

SeedFox stores no card data: payments are handled by Stripe.

Purposes and legal bases

Providing the service, sending the daily email and account emails, handling billing and cancellation (performance of the contract); meeting accounting duties (legal obligation); keeping the site secure (legitimate interest).

Processors

Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Google Cloud (hosting, European Union), Neon (database), Cloudflare (network and security). Some may process data outside the European Union under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the Data Privacy Framework.

Retention

Account data: length of the subscription plus 3 years. Accounting records: 10 years. Cancellation requests: 3 years. Technical logs: 30 days at most.

Cookies

SeedFox only uses cookies the site needs to work (sign-in, form security, chosen currency). No advertising or analytics cookies, so no consent is requested.

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to its processing, by writing to contact@seedfox.io. You can also complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
