Terms of sale

Version of November 1, 2026. The French version prevails in case of discrepancy.

1. Purpose

These terms govern subscriptions to SeedFox, published by [Nom et prénom de l'éditeur] (Entrepreneur individuel (micro-entreprise), SIRET [SIRET en cours d'attribution], [Adresse postale], contact@seedfox.io). Subscribing means accepting these terms, ticked before payment.

2. Service

SeedFox publishes web business ideas drawn from the news every day. A subscription gives access to every idea as soon as it is published, on the website and through a daily email sent around 9 am (Paris time). Ideas published more than 14 days ago are free for everyone. The number of ideas per day varies and is not guaranteed.

3. Prices

Monthly plan: $8 a month (or €7 depending on the currency chosen). VAT not applicable (French small-business scheme, art. 293 B CGI). Prices may change; any change is announced by email at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal, and you may cancel before then.

4. Payment

Payment is made by card through Stripe, at sign-up and at each renewal. SeedFox never sees your card details. If a payment fails, access may be suspended until it is settled.

5. Term and renewal

The subscription runs for one month and renews automatically every month.

6. Right of withdrawal

The service provides digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, available as soon as you pay. Under article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, by ticking the box before payment you request immediate access and expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal. This waiver is confirmed to you by email.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time, free of charge and without giving a reason, from the "Cancel your subscription" link at the bottom of every page, or from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid; you keep access until then and you are not charged again. A confirmation is sent by email.

8. Liability

Ideas are generated with the help of AI from public sources and may contain errors. They are not advice. You must check the facts, the applicable rules and the market before any decision. The publisher's liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.

9. Use of the content

The subscription is personal. You may use the ideas for your own projects but may not resell or redistribute subscriber-only content.

10. Disputes

For any complaint, write to contact@seedfox.io. If the disagreement persists, you may refer it free of charge to the consumer mediator: [mediator name and contact details to be completed]. These terms are governed by French law; consumers keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence.
